"Very well situated, right in the old part of Newtown. Quiet neighborhood and close to the busier streets. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Kindly let us stay past the check out hour. We didn’t get a room in the house we had reserved (not in Melville but in an adjacent house) and the room we got didn’t look like the pictures posted on line. It was a little poky but since we only wanted to use it to sleep in, it didn’t bother us much. "

AWESOME and AMAZING!!!
"Our stay could not have been better. A special graduation weekend was made even more special with our stay. Steve is an amazing host so nice kind and generous. First walked in and he left us an unbelievable welcome casket. Steve thought of everything the house was totally amazing from the normal things to even the very very small details. There were night lights that would light up during the night pointed towards the bathroom or the door so you knew exactly where you were and needed to go when you woke up. It truly was a wonderful place to stay so comfortable so clean very close to the university The property is beautiful. Thank you very much Steve for having this amazing place for people to come and stay."
