"Hotel was good but the toilet became clogged. They did offer if I wanted to change rooms. Or did I want to try to unclog with a plunger. This happened it the evening. After I used the plunger the toilet flush. Three flush later it happened again. The hotel and maintenance snake it. It seemed fixed but again in clogged again. We left the next morning I reported it as still not right."

"We were given a room in the first floor. I wondered if because it was so convenient the bed would be worn out. I was relieved. The bed and bedding were in great shape. I thanked the staff. "
