The room we stayed in seemed a bit older and dated but the staff was amazing. Always greeting us with a smile. Breakfast with a view was a wonderful start to the day. Hotel is near many dining and shopping options. We had a great time!

The staff here is amazing I’ve stayed here a few times and this trip for some reason I decided to try another hotel and ended up having a catastrophic experience that left me out over 100$ usd I explained how disturbing my experience was and the staff here showed me empathy and even helped me get a discount on my room . I don’t think I could every stay anywhere else than Torre Poblado I love everything about this hotel
