Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet and central property. Located in El Poblado, far enough away from the hustle and bustle, yet only 5 minutes away by car from El Tesoro Shopping Mall, Provenza Street and Parque Lleras.
This nice and freshly remodeled apartment has two bedrooms with a double size bed each one, 2 full bathrooms, a balcony in the master bedroom and a window-balcony in the living room.
The master bedroom also features a working area perfect for remote work as a high speed internet of 100mbps. Relax on the large, comfortable sofa in the living room which also features Smart TV. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, blender, pots and pans and everything you may need.
You have access to the building's pool, sauna and gym. You only have to ask for the keys at the security desk. There is 24/ 7 security at the building.
You can also use a parking spot.
