The location is in the best area of Medellín. The staff are professional, courteous, and they go above and beyond for the guests. I was there for my birthday and it was a great stay that is safe and in a prime location.

Good hotel and what was a good location. Parque lleras now has a constant police presence and obvious prostitution. Not a family dining spot anymore.

The staff was very helpful and made the check in and transportation process very easy. The breakfast was great and the rooftop was fun to hang out on. One thing that would have been nice is if the shower had a light inside of it, because if the main light in the room was off, the shower was pretty dark.
