Staff was great ( as always)! Breakfast cook and room cleaning staff are spot on!! This is a great, very fairly valued property right in the middle of Parque Lleras... The Loup across the street (a sister propery) is also nice.

I loved my stay at this hotel! The breakfast was fantastic, and the staff were friendly and respectful. My room was spacious, clean, and included a small refrigerator for added convenience. The location was excellent, within walking distance of numerous restaurants, clubs, and pharmacies. It is situated right across from Lleras Street and only two blocks from Provenza. The only reason I rated it a 4 instead of a 5 is that the water was cold most of the time, and the air conditioning was more like a fan. Other than that, I truly enjoyed my time at this hotel!

I had a great stay. It was in a safe area near all the clubs in provenza and parque lleras. It was clean and quiet with ac, jacuzzi and cable tv. Good breakfast and the people that work there were great. My only two little complaints are that I reserved a room with two beds and a jacuzzi and I only got one bed, and the safe was broken. I would stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very tasty. Location-wise this is a very safe area of Medellin and was very walkable and had lots of dining options nearby. We had booked several tours which were in walking distance from the hotel. There are also several 24 hour dining options and stores nearby. We also were able to have our laundry done for a reasonable price and the hotel watched our baggage for us on our last day in Medellin. The rooms were clean and quiet.

Near the action, fun, food and drinks. Near Market, farmacies and shops. Easy to move around. money exchange at a block distance. Breakfast was a plus cocked at the moment and delicious. The lady making the breakfast was so sweet and amicable. It wasn’t a buffet style but had everything you want in a Colombian breakfast. It did my mornings more happy. Will definitely stay there again.
