The hotel was just good, clean, good and safe place but one thing did not like at all, i have to pay 39.000 thousand pesos about 10 dollars, city taxes, the recepcionist put in the card reader 3’900.000… about 1000 thousan dollars… a big difference.. i don’t know if it was a mistake or by purpose… just be carefully in colombia or everywhere..

Very good hotel at a good price. Staff, the breakfast, and the location (quiet but very close to everything) were excellent and the room was very good. Would recommend a stay here.

Does not state requirements to check in, even as a colombian citizens they need passport to check in. The manager was unwilling to help even after i showed them all forms of ID i had. I did not stay and was charged for the night. They lack customer service and ethic. If i could put 0/10 i would.

The bed is huge but matrress is hard , uncomfortable. Front door the keeps closed and we have to call for opening. Breakfast is limited. Ac is old. There is not any outlet for plugging cell phone close to the bed
