"Nice safe property. We booked a corner suite but upon arriving late we realised the bed was in a really poor condition that one side looked like an elephant had been sleeping there for months as it had a huge dip in it and was very uncomfortable. We did complain but they said they could not change the mattress until the following day. No offer for a room change or any compensation for our poor nights sleep."
