"The most important thing to know is that you are not booking a hotel room. This is some kind of apartment within what seems to be a hotel. The main issue is that the hotel staff have virtually no power to help you with anything. Instead, they direct you to talk to the owner of the apartment. I wish this was more clearly stated up front because I would have booked something else; there's a reason I no longer do Airbnb, which more closely resembles what this actually is.
