"When we arrived at the hotel, the room had kind of white termites in several places in the room. We did not get an apology from the hotel amd were downgraded from a king bed with a sofa to a regular king size room "

"The Front Desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Check-in was fast and easy. My room was much better than expected. Very clean, great decor, a very comfortable large bed with clean blankets and sheets. A nice size shower. Fresh clean towels. Effective air conditioning. A cool feature I didn't expect but didn't use was a shot dispenser with four different types of alcohol. Excellent motorized blackout curtain and no issues with sound because the walls are thick concrete. I am coming back to Medellín later in the month and will definitely return for another stay. Thank you!"
