"Pretty new hotel, large rooms, clean and comfortable, good breakfast"

"Great!"

"Perfect spot, roomy, clean, quiet and the breakfast will not disappoint. Picture from my room and from the lounge/seating area even better."

"Was not told there is no hot water. Asked for a 4am wake up call and didn't get one until 4:30am. The front desk guy said he was busy when asked why he didn't call when specific asked for. Asked for a to go breakfast but did not get one. If you want poor customer service ,no hot water and staff to busy to attend to the customer needs this is a hotel for you. I will never go back to this hotel again."

"Rapporto qualità prezzo molto vantaggioso. Posizione ottima"

"Excellent spacious apartment with great transport links very close by Supermarket within walking distance Local bar just outside Would recommend highly to anyone wanting a break in Sofia"

"Insgesamt kein Best Western Standard.
