"We stayed here for 4 nights. It was such a lovely hotel. So comfortable, large spacious room. And comfortable beds. It was cleaned daily. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Very professional. The location was brilliant, right in the city centre. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby as well as the main town centre. Everything is as walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel. "

"I would not recommend based on my experience with one staff member Mira - she is the main receptionist and quite rude and condescending. - made my last day (first interaction) with her uncomfortable. - as a SOLO traveller they are better options. - all other staff members were amazing & rooms are kept very clean.
