Good clean rooms. Close to transport. Has airport shuttle if required. Front reception staff especially Rosen are more than helpful. He is a credit to the company. Overall a great hotel, a little far from downtown but easy to get to by bus. Close to airport and huge shopping mall next door.

Great hotel, but a bit of a turn off when you show up 10 min before the end of breakfast and you are met with “you have 5 min to eat” from the not so happy to see you waitress. Shame that he service is such, as the hotel offers great convenient location for folks traveling in and out of Sofia internationally (airport is only 6 min by car).
