"We LOVED our stay here. We came over to the coast for one night to partake in the local turtle nesting research guided experience and needed a convenient place to stay. Little did we know that this gem will now be a place we come back to time and time again. The room was perfectly appointed with a king bed, separate bedroom, pull out couch for our friend who came along, a lovely bathroom, and tons of space — but the best part were the views. The website we used said partial ocean view but any spot in this place is perfect with amazing views. The AC cranked out cool air, the fridge and microwave were perfect, and they had a Keurig coffeemaker so we could bring our own flavored pods. The pool was lovely, and the staff was so kind, accommodating and laid back and welcoming. After we experienced the turtle nesting, we came back to find at least 5 more turtle mamas nesting — and we could stand way back quietly on the hotel deck and observe them in the moonlight. And to top it off there was a rocket launch the night of our stay and we could see it perfectly. A night we will never forget. Definitely STAY HERE! Oh and we got to bring our little senior dogs — a must have for us."

"We really enjoyed our stay here! It was very clean. Only MINOR things, there wasn’t locks on the bathroom doors, and no door knob inside the master bedroom. We would stay here again. "

"Perfect spaces, excellent cleanliness, magnificent ocean view, back yard beach access with very comfortable deck, private peaceful location. Very well equipped kitchen with many utensils , pots, dish wear, spices, etc. very welcoming place."

"The inside of the house was as shown. However, the property itself isn't as nice. The water has a bad smell, even after letting it run a while (as we were told to do after mentioning it). Had to buy several gallons of water to drink and cook with. We had concerns about taking showers with the water too. When we arrived, the A/C in one end of the house wasn't working. They did deliver two portable units and had someone fix it on the 5th day. The kitchen units lack items for large group prep. Sliding doors were hard to use. The windows/screens were dirty. We weren't able to open them due to the bugs, dirt in the screens. One of the two washing machines didn't work. One of the two chaise lounge chairs was broken. Only one beach umbrella (should have more when renting to large groups) The yard needs lots of work. Lights near the front drive didn't work (easier to locate the property in the dark). All around lack of attention to detail that would make the property much more appealing. For the amount charged each night, you would expect that everything would be in working order. The location is great, quiet beach, great sand and water. Near shopping and restaurants. We are a relatively laid back family when it comes to accommodations, but we were disappointed in the accommodations after a year of planning and looking forward to staying at the house."

"Fantastic location if you like to be on the beach. Owner helped us out when we were in a jam. (Let us stay longer until we could get a car problem taken care of) 5 stars all the way around. nightly visits from Sea turtles, multiple shore birds, beach has no crowds. You can see rocket launches from the balcony."
