The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and tidy although getting a bit tired but that reflected in the reasonable price. It wasn't a problem for me to leave my car in the park after check-out when my medical appointment went an hour over time. It would be nice if the balcony and stair-well were swept and the walls washed.Great location for medical appointments as I traveled from noth of the border. Would recommend the motel.

I would stay at Arden Motel again, it is close to the CBD and I was able to walk to shopping and the theatre. The parking is a little bit tight but it is free which is rare in the city. I appreciated the free breakfast in the room, it was very cute with corn flakes and bread, along with a full bottle of milk and orange juices. This was very nice to start my morning. The room is a good size and I liked the balcony. It is a little bit noisy with people outside, and could do with some easy upkeeps like replacing the kettle with the broken lid, rusty toilet paper holder and duck taped hair dryer.

The Hotel was very clean but my room was looking a bit tired. Has one wall with wallpaper which was lifting off in places. They TV Remote was completely in Chinese characters. Otherwise it's close to RMH and has off-street parking and a continental breakfast with real milk and juice. Staff were welcoming. I'd stay again.
