Our spacious and fully renovated kitchen with bay views offers glimpses of Port Phillip Bay, making meal preparations a delight. Wonderfully designed for large families, the kitchen features a double oven, 5-burner cooktop, large fridge and dishwasher.
This kitchen is ready to cater to your culinary needs for large groups.

The open plan living and dining area leads through large glass doors to a vast outdoor patio with a BBQ and seating for 10, providing the perfect space for al fresco dining and relaxation. The dining table also has seating for 8 guests and there are 3 bar stools at the kitchen counter allowing large family feasts with seating for everyone.

We provide ample sleeping space: Featuring 4 bedrooms and accommodating up to 16 guests, there's plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind.

The bedrooms are as follows:

Downstairs - Bedroom 1: Queen bed. Sleeps 2.
Upstairs - Bedroom 2: Queen bed x 2 bunk beds plus single trundle bed. Sleeps 5.
Upstairs - Bedroom 3: Queen bed, queen bed bunk with single. Sleeps 5.
Upstairs - Bedroom 4: Queen bed x 2 bunk beds. Sleeps 4.

The large upstairs living room boasts a spacious layout and a huge couch to lounge and relax.

The upstairs balcony offers picturesque views and breathtaking vistas from the large windows in the upstairs lounge. Relax on the outdoor balcony's comfortable couch while taking in the beautiful surroundings.

There are two bathrooms with large showers and one with a luxurious bathtub, offering a perfect spot for soaking and relaxation.

The family will stay entertained with 3 smart TVs and enjoy the comfort of heating and cooling in both living and lounge areas upstairs and downstairs.

For comfort all year round there is heating/cooling in all bedrooms upstairs as well.

We wish to make our property extremely family friendly and include all your linen and towels during your stay.

WiFi is available throughout the property and there is a laundry with a washing machine & dryer.

The elevated location of the property allows you to soak in the gorgeous views of the Mornington Peninsula, with lawns on different levels providing a unique and enjoyable outdoor experience.
