The Space
The ground level comprises an office and laundry. Level 1 has two bedooms with Queen sized beds and a shared bathroom. Both rooms have split system air conditioning. Level 2 is the main living area with a fully equiped kitchen. The lounge area opens onto a balcony overlooking parts of Richmond. Serviced with a split system air conditioner and for those winter nights a gas fire. Level 3 is the master bedroom with a King bed and ensuite complete with spa. The split system is cooling only. An electic heater is provided for those colder Melbourne nights

York Street is close to the MCG, AAMI Park and the Tennis centre. Easy tram and train access the the city and surrounding suburbs.
The apartment is part of a quiet complex, accessible only through secured gates.
Restaurants are abundant and close by. A multitude of choice in the surrounding areas; city, Fitzroy, Richmond, Lygon Street.

Getting around
Close access to trams in Victoria St or Bridge Road.
Trains at either North or West Richmond - 500 metres

Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to fill out our check-in form where you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.
By booking with us you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in our Rental Policy and agree to follow our HOUSE RULES:

- Check-out by your agreed time
- Follow our STRICT NO PARTY POLICY.
- The primary guest making the booking must be at least 25 years old and staying at the property for the duration of the reservation.
