EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Clean room. Coffee cups weren’t cleaned and first room checking was early which was awesome but the room was was noisy with plant extract next door and maintenance door slamming during evening. Second room very good. We love staying at movenpick

Fantastic hotel experience, large, comfortable well setup room with a fantastically comfortable bed. Service was excellent whenever required and the room was kept immaculate during our stay. After a late arrival and check in, staff suggested a website we could use to have food delivered (at nearly 1am!), and they had it brought all the way to our room. Wonderful staff and perfect location

Parking is secure, but the only issue that we had was parking on 1A and 2A getting our luggage up to the elevators. There are stairs. I would recommend that guests get their luggage out or load luggage on the first floor in the bays intended for registration. Our room was GREAT! It was roomy, clean, comfortable and quiet! Not sure how we rated a room on the 17th floor, but oh what a view! Thanks to the staff for meeting all of our needs!

Very pleased with my stay at The Como Melbourne! The property is very clean and well maintained. The real highlight though is the staff; they go above and beyond! Highly recommend staying here!
