The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was excellently presented, clean and very comfortable. Tram route 19, 57 & 59 with tram stop 7 for Queen Victoria Market Elizabeth Street is within metres of the hotel.

Lovely clean and big room. However there was no guest amenities available other than tissues. Which made having a shower difficult with no shower cap, and only a rain shower head (so don’t forget your toothpaste!).

Great hotel, friendly and helpful staff. No tea and coffee facility in the room itself. We weren't advised of the facilities in Level 1 which would have been nice to know about. Overall great visit.
