The apartment was not the one as per the photos on the hotels website. We were on a main road, couldn’t open the doors to the balcony, the garage key didn’t work despite changing it 4 times, very dark and dingy. Very tired apartment block and nothing like the photos at all. Reception were friendly.

The carpets & couch was badly stained. TV couldn't be plugged into wall. Lovely manager tried to fix TV for us & therefore we were relocated to another room. Carpets still stained, couch ok. Bed sheets were clean, so we had a good night sleep. Microwave is room was very handy.

This property was horrible, think the photos advertised were of a different accommodation......We were given a late check in code, did not work. When we finally got to our room, four single beds had been provided for five people. I was told that a roll away bed would not be provided until the morning even though I had paid for five people. We were then given an extra room, someone was already in there......Carpets filthy, marks on the wall...…. Noisy......Worst place I have ever stayed...…..

We were very disappointed with the condition of the apartment here. It is very run down and needs a lot of maintenance, including things that were reported but not fixed during our stay. The property has apparently changed hands as it had a name change between when we booked and stayed but it needs a complete refit inside. It was in a good area, close to transport and walking distance to shops but is very tired. We only had two single chairs as a lounge and they were uncomfortable to sit in for any length of time. We stayed here because it was convenient last time but we wouldn’t stay there again.

Ok for one night or if your passing through.
The check in was lovely, man on at the time very nice and very helpful and check out also lovely , very friendly people, recommend the cafe around the corner , management told us about it and would recommend it also, people running it just lovely, great for quick lunch and a breakfast or a coffee. The apartment lift smelt terrible though, the rooms were somewhat clean but very tidy, a little dated, good for a quick overnight stay. The car park was very hard to get into with the key card given and others staying there had also said the same. The court yard lovely to look into, very well kept.
