Nice and tidy room for two - 2 x single beds. Had a full fridge, stovetop, microwave and oven, which I didn't realize at booking - great to know for next time for a longer stay. One thing to note: I don't think there was a hairdryer but there was an ironing board and iron. A short stroll and you're at Sunshine station and so getting around is a breeze. The staff were very welcoming and helpful!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Tea and coffee facilities could be better ie sugar in room for easy access. A lounge area other than the foyer might be a great idea for people to socialise in.

The property is very nice. And it is a few minutes to shops and station. We leave the car at the hotel and take a walk around 500m to Sunshine station to Melbourne CBD. We will come back for the next holiday.

The apartment hotel is new and the room facilities is good. The emnities can use some improvement but good in terms of a service apartment. The location is excellent for what it is. Most of the interaction we had with staff are postive and friendly. However the communication especially around room service/cleaning could be clearer and some of the request we had didn't go through. There was a instance with an unpleasant encounter with staff with requesting new towel. Overal the experince is postive.

We liked the friendly reception and security guard. We liked it's new, good price and spacious. Need to fix the laundry and dirty bed sheets issues though. Was disgusting.
