+ 2 mins walk to 3 different bus routes
+ 400 meters walk to beach , shops, restaurants and bars
+ You have the entire house with 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom with ensuite and 3 car parks in the driveway
+ spacious 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets and 1 bath tub and a huge pergola under cover. The ensuite room has a french door open into a private courtyard
+ lounge room has a double sofa bed - can be closed off for privacy
