Bedrooms 10 -11 have a shared bathroom and balcony overlooking the Racv golf course.

We welcome groups that will treat the property with the respect it deserves.

It is not a venue for loud parties. No loud music to be played from the balconies, at 11pm we ask our guests to move inside or onto the internal court yard

We can accept hens parties that are going to treat the property with respect.

We do not allow bucks parties or schoolies groups of any kind.

Sorry we have a no pet policy.
