NEW LISTING the studio - Yarra Valley is situated just outside Yarra Glen. Set on acreage overlooking Dixons Creek Valley, and surrounded by farmland with uninterrupted views, the studio has two rooms ideally for a couple to escape to the country and relax and explore the magnificent Yarra Valley region. Whether it's an early morning hot air balloon flight, dining in one of the Valley's many restaurants, wineries and cafés, a game of golf, or wine tour or maybe a visit to the Yarra Valley Chocolaterie or Alowyn Gardens, you'll be delighted to be able to kick back, take in the views and appreciate the peace and quiet.
All this is only 5 minutes from Yarra Glen village or 10 minutes from Healesville and surrounds.

The bedroom with a gorgeous king-sized bed and big black bath, plus a separate bathroom.
The lounge/kitchen area has views looking into the Dixons Creek Valley - you can see Mt Toolebewong, Mt St Leonard, the Dandenongs and nearly all the way to Gippsland! On a clear night the milky way is a treat. Sitting on the verandah, you won't want to leave.

We called it the studio because it is the home of Ted Secombe Master Potter and Artist.
Ted's studio and gallery is also located on the property. You are welcome to talk with Ted if he is working in his studio, and to visit the gallery, which is not open to the public unless by arrangement.

Ann and Ted have made sure their guests enjoy their stay. The view is relaxing and there is such attention to details that make a wonderful difference. There was fresh bread, homemade jam, locally crafted soaps, etc. thoroughly enjoyed it!

Beautiful spot and so peaceful
Loved our stay at the studio and were very happy with the little touches, bath tea, eggs, and atomiser and home grown fruit.
We did have a small issue with the coffee machine, didnt know what the buttons were for but got there in the end.

Perfect retreat
A hidden gem, from the minute you walk in, you will be pleasantly impressed by this stylishly furnished studio. Nestled in the romantic Yarra Valley, the studio boasts breathtaking views mixed with modern luxury and includes some special home made treats. The bed was super comfortable, the studio was immaculately clean throughout and the hosts were genuinely lovely people. Couldn't have asked for more!

Beautiful studio in gorgeous Yarra Valley
Stayed in the studio for 3 nights over the NY, travelling from Sydney. So much to do in Yarra but often didn’t want to leave the studio as it was so relaxing and just a lovely place to hang out and take in the view. The studio has 2 separate rooms with a deep bath in the bedroom which was very luxurious. All the mod cons and beautifuly decorated to ‘dream home’ style! Ann and Ted even left us fresh bread, eggs, jam, muslie and everything you need for a hearty breakfast to enjoy on porch and take in the fantastic view.
So much to do here. Fantastic wineries, restaurants, galleries and scenic drives. Perfect for a relaxing and fun get-a-way. Will definitely be back.
