The description says there is a beach, there is no beach on property or walkable. We had an amazing dinner at Portale nearby recommended and arranged by owner. "Breakfast was good. Most of the staff were very accommodating, especially with children. The grounds are beautiful, pool could be cleaner. Not very much shade, no umbrellas at the pool. Unfortunately, the beach was not great, very rocky and bad weather caused big waves… The room is comfortable, however ants were a guest most of time. Shuttle to Tropea was quite expensive. Overall, nice stay."
