"The location is extremely convenient. Many of Prague’s main attractions are within walking distance, and the hotel is also close to Prague Central Station, making it convenient for trips outside the city. The room was cozy and comfortable. I’m quite particular about showers, but this hotel passed my test — there was plenty of hot water and good water pressure. I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, so I can’t comment on it."

"This was the most luxurious stay! So glad we booked it! We were not thrilled with our room, which was tiny beyond tiny and unfortunately faced the street and was quite loud until really late at night even though there is nothing below, just people walking by, talking, laughing but somehow acoustics travels strange. That was room #215. But we didn’t bother with changing it, I regret that. But…the hotel itself, the service, the friendliness of all staff, the breakfast is simply outstanding! The beautiful deco is just outstanding. The location is fantastic. I very day I walked out and walked different directions discovering little streets and corners. I can’t recommend enough. Well done!!! And if you can, watch the Mozart dinner which itself is just as impressive. Read the very interesting history of the hotel on their below street level."

"Room was very clean. Only reason I've dropped a star is because of the thin walls which I know they can't do anything about but it is a factor. First night I was there, there was a group of school students in the next room and I could hear everything. In fairness to the hotel they did offer to more me to another room the next day after I complained via hotel.com app. But the school had already checked out. Breakfast is basic but it's free so can't complain. Location is great, just off a tram line and right beside a popular lokal , Walk wise 15mins into area near the clock. Otherwise can easily grab the tram. No issues storing luggage if you arrivee early or leaving late in the day"

"Check in was very friendly and helpful. The room was amazing! So clean and had everything we needed, the house keeping team do a great job, thank you for making our stay wonderful! Breakfast was good everything you needed to start the day. A few small grips, our first night we had dinner in the hotel, the welcome was a bit cold and sharp. The head waiter didn't seem like he was in the best mood to be honest and I asked could I swap a main course off the TDH for the mussels special but was told no I would have to paid the full price for the dish, even though it was less expensive than the dish I ended up having. He was very unfriendly and it put us off dining at the hotel again. We arrived back our 2nd day to have a drink in the garden to be told no there was a private event being set up starting at 6pm, it was 3pm at this time so we got showed to a very warm room set up for dinner, we drank our drinks and left as it wasn't what we had hoped for. The spa was beautiful we use the Roman bath, steam bath and had massages which made us so relaxed. All in all a wonderful stay!"
