"Evening parking was a complete and utter nightmare. I don't know if there was a special event going on or if it was because of the restaurant, but we were lucky to get one of the last spots in a lot far away from the main entrance. Otherwise we would have been forced to use valet parking. Definitely not enough parking on site and not conveniently located. It was raining the night of our stay which make the parking situation even more frustrating but also the way the rain hit the windows of our room it sounded like rain was dripping inside the whole night and we could hear rain flowing down the gutter pipe right outside. We did not sleep well. Overall, I have to say that we would not stay here again an would not recommend to others."

"It was all okay"

"Outdated and dingy. The furniture was damaged in the room. There was nothing on the walls as far as decor. The lighting in the room was terrible. We asked for towels and they told us they only had two left. The gym and the laundry facilities were closed by the health department. There was no seating outdoors. The halls smelled of weed and cigarette smoke. We stayed one night and left because we were so uncomfortable and frankly felt a bit unsafe. While we were leaving there were police at the front desk. Who knows why they were there. One can only imagine."

"The property was amazing! The lobby and restaurants including Ruth Chris were outstanding. The hotel restaurant service was great. Our breakfast with server Diana was fabulous! We kept her running for coffee refills. And when we ordered a late night snack, it came in less than 30 minutes. Amazing!!"

"The room was clean , I had originally booked a king smoking room when I arrived late for check in about 30 min. The room hadn’t been checked out of. I told them I would need a smoking room of some sort. I was given a 2 bed room. The remote had dead battery’s , it an open concept for building detail so you will have to go outside to go to the vending machine or main office. The walls are thin so no loud anything if you want to be respectful to other. Other wise the visit wasn’t bad and I completely what I needed to do . So 6/10. Had parking spots no issue Ac and heat was kicking but the smelling of the room was off very off Staff was helpful and kind "

"Room was clean. Could use a little updating. The lobby was clean. The staff was beyond friendly. The breakfast was fresh, tasty, and had many choices. They kept it stocked well. I would stay there again."
