Great little house, very clean, very comfortable, super convenient location to convention center, brand new appliances, awesome owner communication and instructions. Would stay there again. 5 star!

Beware when booking! This house is located in a very unsafe neighborhood. Once arriving we saw groups of people standing on the corners, walking around and noticed the house was not as the photos seem. I immediately messaged the host but with no response so I called the local police to check the safety of the area. They warned us to lock the doors, stay very alert and not to go outside at night. Also told us about a website we could check the zip code to see about safety called crimegrade.org. We checked and the area is rated F for violent crime and property crime. After reading and speaking to the police we immediately left the house and went to a hotel. We were two woman traveling and it was definitely not a place for woman to be alone. The owner would not refund us even with the insurance purchased and false advertisement of the property. First time this has happened to us booking a VRBO and we were very disappointed
