Getting Around:
Unless walking in the neighborhood or to Overton Square/Park, then driving and Uber/Lyft are the only option. Public bus system is very poor.
Other Things to Note:
Also, Fedex is headquartered just 5 miles down the road and planes can be heard going over head every few minutes at specific 20-30 minute periods at specific times during the day or night. It is common almost anywhere in Memphis to hear and see the parade of planes coming through. It is all part of Memphis' sounds and charm.
