Overall the hotel was very nice. Great location downtown with restaurants and their minor league baseball stadium in walking distance. The hotel's restaurant was closed during our stay, but the staff was great.

There wasn’t anyone at the front desk when we arrived. We waited several minutes for someone to show up to check us in. The bar was closed (Monday night). The bathroom in our room smelled of marijuania and there were no bottled waters in the room. Very nice hotel. We have stayed here several times in the past and were very well pleased. It seemed to be under new management. I did not see any of the people that I have met in previous stays. Not bad but not what we have been accustomed to in the past stays.

Memphis stopover

Restaurant and bar closed due to “renovation”. Good location and desk staff were excellent. Sadly the whole of Memphis is in a bad state of repair.
