My room was clean when I arrive, but each time I leave in the morning and come back there was no room service. We had to go downstairs following morning to get towels. I had no room service while I was there, not until the day before we left which was that Monday, October 12 and that was because I had to call and ask what was going on How come I wasn’t getting any room service? And this hotel does have roaches every morning. We will wake up to roaches in the tub or in the facing bowl. They come out at dark and we will see them every morning. The staff was quiet. The only thing we got to drink for breakfast was coffee there was refrigerator there but no bottled juice. The juice machine was out of order doing our stay. And if you’re wondering if we ask for another room, no we didn’t ask for another room because if you see a few in one room, I’m sure their roaches all around the place. So no I wouldn’t advise anyone to stay at that hotel in Bartlett…. Stay at your own risk.

The fitness room had been closed due over a year. The last time I stayed was over 8 months ago and it's still closed. I feel like all pet friendly rooms should be on the same floor. I don't like running into dogs leaving my room or hearing them barking all the time. The breakfast was nice. Simple and to the point. The pancake maker is a hit with the kids as they get to watch it being made, roll down the belt and fall on the plate. The staff is really polite and helpful. The room was clean. No problems with random people hanging around on the property.
