We originally only planned to stay one night, but after arriving to the Palacio and seeing our room (vary spacious), we opted to book another night. It was a little drive into Bilbao, but totally worth it for the peaceful location with beautiful views.

Great hotel and amenities close to the airport

The staff was pleasant. The room was basic had everything you needed. Walk in shower bigger than most in Europe. Perfect to spend evening before early flight.

Nice clean hotel with restaurant / bar just below the train exit in the center of town with a great staff

Beautiful location, wonderful service, tasty simple breakfast

Property and room were both very clean and newly refurbished. Staff was also friendly and helpful. Only downside is hotel does not have its own parking, but there is public parking available nearby.

This hotel is a great location for the Guggenheim and for dining. It’s a bit longer walk to the old town section of town. If you have a car you will find the garage exceptionally clean and relatively easy to get in and out of. It’s also easy to get in and out of the city from the hotel. The staff are very professional, courteous, and most of the kitchen staff speak some English. The food was very good and my family especially appreciated the orange juice machine for breakfast. Beautiful modern property located in close proximity to the Guggenheim Museum. Rooms are well equipped, modern and clean with large showers. Very friendly staff at check-in, luggage service, housekeeping, bar and check-out. Only stayed 1 night but will def book again if I was to return to Bilbao.

This place was fantastic! We were a family of four staying in one room and a family of three staying in another. We had amazing staff at reception as well as cleaning. Everyone was so nice, helpful and kind! Will DEFINITELY stay here again on another trip!
