The pools are very cold so be aware but there is a great indoor spa area that is perfect. One mark down on service as it took a long time for drinks to arrive when you ordered them on the app for delivery to the pool but other than that it was perfect and we will be back. Well done to the Barcelo team. "

"Beautiful hotel in a restored Palau, well positioned in the centre of old Ciutadella. Lovely facilities including a gorgeous underground pool and spa, and with several small unheated outdoor pools. The outside dining area was magical."
