"Checking was slow , only one person checking in with a line of over ten , surprised they did not open another check on. Some manager came a passed out water . Was told there was no complimentary breakfast for my room and it would be $14.95 for breakfast buffet. Haven’t notice if my room was included but all my other stays at hotels have had complimentary breakfast , did want to argue so will just get breakfast across the street . Breakfast quality look like maybe a 6-7 notice they were asking Radom people.what there room nu,beer was and not others , guess I will book. At other hotel then this just the principle of it all was.disturbing. "

"Everything was clean and presentable and welcoming! The desk clerk Dennis was amazing! He had great mannerism, he was very welcoming, knowledgable, and accommodating!"

"Stairs in the back entrance had a broken step. Big hazard. Checked out a day early, lost money but overall the first night was terrible. Room was muggy and there was a lot of noise."

"Rooms were not clean. There were even brown stains right near the toilet paper dispenser in the bathroom. My reservation listed 3 people staying in the room. But they did not supply enough towels. Early in the morning, house keeping would sometimes not even knock but enter the room…. So we would wake up to someone just barging in. We requested they come back later, but we did ask for more towels right then and there. No one came back to bring the towels. We had to track someone down just to give us towels. Ontop of all that, no one ever came back to clean the room. I had booked 3 nights and in all 3 nights my room was never cleaned, towels never brought, but every morning we were awoke by someone who didn’t knock, saying they were from housekeeping but they didn’t have their supplies with them. I would not stay here again. "
