Clean, good location

Second time staying here. Only reason for not booking direct with property was that we had a voucher to use. Welcome & check in was great. The hotel lobby and common areas smell amazing. It's a beautiful fragrance. Room lovely, appreciate the coffee pod machine. Located great, walked to Darby street cafes and pub. Parking we chose q Argyle Street which is reasonable at $20 per night. Didn't get to the cocktail bar this time but was lovely last stay.

Wonderful stay. Mel who checked us in was wonderful. Ocean is tight there so relaxing. Wish we had stayed a little longer. Definitely will visit again

Loved our huge room with wrap around veranda. Bed was comfortable, room was stocked with plenty of coffee, and the food at the pub was excellent. We could walk to the beach and other restaurants all very close.

We had the one bedroom apartment which is absolutely huge. It has two outdoor seating areas on opposite sides of the unit. Access to your unit, the building, and the garage are all a single code to remember. The elevator is quick, though there are only 3 levels (garage, lobby, rooms). The one bedroom apartments are strange in that you have to enter the code at two different entry doors before heading up a staircase to reach your living space. The rewards of the living space more than offset...

This is a nice budget lodging. The beds were comfortable, and the connected pub serves good food at reasonable prices (we ate there 3 times). The staff is very friendly. The only downside was that the kitchen area was being renovated and was not very nice.

Clean, new, great parking, exceptional customer service. Only issue was our room was over a public bar that was extremely noisy until around 10:30 PM.
