Me encantó hospedarme en Casa de Cortés. Desde que llegué todo el personal fue muy amable, siempre dispuestos a ayudar y hacer que la estancia fuera agradable. El hotel tiene un ambiente muy tranquilo, perfecto para descansar después de recorrer Mérida. Además tiene una vibra muy acogedora, es un lugar lindo, acogedor y muy bien cuidado, lo que hace que uno se sienta cómodo desde el primer momento. La ubicación también es un punto a favor, ya que está cerca del centro y eso hace fácil la movilidad en la ciudad. Sin pensarlo volvería a hospedarme aquí y lo recomendaría a quienes busquen un lugar tranquilo, con un trato cálido y una muy buena ubicación.

Me hospedé un fin de semana en Casa de Cortes y la verdad fue una experiencia muy agradable. El lugar tiene ese estilo colonial-boutique que hace que te sientas en una casa y no en un hotel cualquiera. La habitación estaba limpia, amplia y con aire acondicionado funcionando perfecto, algo que en Mérida sí se agradece muchísimo. La alberca y las áreas comunes están muy bonitas y tranquilas, ideales para descansar después de recorrer el centro. También me gustó que el personal siempre fue amable y atento con las recomendaciones de lugares para comer y visitar. En general, siento que tiene muy buena relación calidad precio y sí volvería a hospedarme ahí

Las instalaciones del hotel son realmente hermosas. La casa tiene un encanto muy especial que te hace sentir conectado con la esencia de la localidad. Pésima experiencia. Expedia confirmo la reserva, pero el establecimiento jamás envío indicaciones de check in ni contestaron mensajes, ni al número que se indica contestaron. Se nota que no hubo comunicación entre Expedia y el dueño de la casa. Porque incluso el dia de la llegada Expedia seguia mandando mensajes de bienvenida y al llegar a casa de Cortes indicaron que no había lugar disponible para esas fechas
