"We enjoyed our stay and found the location perfect — spacious parking yet still close to the historic center and main attractions of Mérida, with affordable taxi fares into town. The staff were excellent, especially Cristina at reception, who made check-in smooth and helped arrange transportation. Our room was clean and housekeeping did a great job. The hotel could use a little more updating in some areas, but overall we had a pleasant stay. Breakfast was basic, though the staff were friendly and attentive. "

Having breakfast (basically three factory-sealed pastries and a hot beverage) delivered on a trolley to your room was a first (and it felt rather like I was in my grandmother’s retirement home). Long walk into the historic area - but we loved exploring the area and the nearby Mesón El Pestorejo Los Eméritos was a fab fine for us - great food and local atmospere. "
