We especially loved how quiet it was while still being so close to the city and amenities. Incredibly easy check-out experience too so we're always thankful for that. "We have stayed in this little cottage several times now. Convenient location for visiting downtown New Haven. Bed is comfortable - kitchen small but it has what you need. Nice walking neighborhood if you have dogs. We will be back."

"The beach cottage was perfect for our family. We were in Connecticut for a graduation ceremony with family coming from 3 different states. We were only 10-15 min from the university, had access to many restaurants and were able to relax and spend time together in a cozy,very well furnished and beautifully decorated home. It’s a lovely area to stroll around and a short walk to the beach. We sincerely recommended staying here, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit."

Sweeping views of the Sound and other Thimbles from a generous deck perfectly positioned for privacy. The nearby sandbar beach feels almost like your own and the sense of friendly community on this small island is evident. The owners are gracious, welcoming, and immediately attentive to every question or need. Cannot recommend more highly!"
