"Hands down the best Hotel experience. From its convenient location, to spacious and clean room and comfortable bed, to Mario and the incredibly delicious made to order breakfast every morning this place is an absolute gem. Safe area, easy walk to metro and dining.

"Breakfast was freshly prepared with cordiality and enthusiasm by the pleasant host. Room was ornate and spacious. Original artwork added a neat feature to the grandeur and cosiness of this quaint property.

"They cancelled my booking, i only found out after i traversed Brussels to the property.
To cancel, they messaged on WhatsApp from a french number (we are in Belgium) . They told me an unknown company name and said booking cancelled - they didn’t explain who they are so I didn’t know what it was about and assumed it was a scam. they would not reply to me when i asked for explanation.
I had to chase them for a refund through the app in the end.
It feels like a scam "
