"Despite the weather we had a great few nights away in this seaside location. The kids loved the fact we could see the sea from the property and had great fun on the beach at both low and high tide. The property was clean and spacious and had every amenity we required. The location was perfect for both walks to east wittering for lunch or dinner, a short drive to the sandy beach at we sat wittering for a beach day in the sun and a 35min drive into Portsmouth to take in the view from Spinnaker...

"We had a great time away with close friends at this property. Prior to booking this property we wanted to ensure that it fits all of our requirements. 4 bedrooms with ensuite, parking for 4 cars and close to Portsmouth. This property gave us all we wanted. We had a warm welcome upon arrival and shown around the property. Everyone enjoyed the time away. We will return to the Coach House as it fitted the requirements we wanted. "Had a great stay for a family wedding at Goodwood House. Location is quite with view of cathedral. Our 2 year old granddaughter loved the great selection of toys. The whole family thought the house worked really well for our group. Thanks Rachael and Emma"

"We spent four nights in Lower Barn House over New Year. We had a mixed group of family from grandparents to newborns and the house was great for all. We found the communication from the property manager Cheryl and the owners fantastic. The property itself is secluded with great outdoor space (when the weather permits!). The living area and kitchen are also great for larger family gatherings. We will be looking to visit again!"

"Very private, great house, amazing kitchen, beautiful garden, private drive and a super host. Situated within a short drive to all the attractions the area has to offer, such as, West Wittering beach, Chichester, Bosham and lots more. The kids were extremely happy as we were and our Tibetan Mastiff. We will most definitely book it often in the future!"

"It was a delight to hear the wildlife, and nothing else (!), during my stay at The Hideaway. - Quite refreshing. The accommodation has all one needs, but the emphasis has to be towards the “outdoors”, the tranquillity it offers and marvellous views of the countryside. Walks galore on your doorstep, or just find a spot to sit and take it all in. Well worth a visit."

"We had an incredible stay here. We got lucky with the weather but the house was more than big enough for our party of 16. It was clean and tidy with great cooking facilities and the pool was lovely in 30 degrees! The owners were amazing with great communication in the run up to and during the stay and very helpful with check in. I would definitely stay here again and would highly reccomend it."

"We came to stay for a very wet Easter week away with the kiddies was just wanting a diff environment for a few days. It lived up to that and much more, even in the cold wet weather the location and home was perfect, We was kept very warm and Cosy in this property it really was home for home. We have tried many properties in selsey over the years and this is the best unique home we have found! Deffo recommend staying in this very rear home."

"The 16c house is quaint with sloping walls and floors, original beams and inglenook fireplaces. Sympathetically renovated with lovely quality finishing. The garden pretty, with lots of spring bulbs emerging and colourful chickens in a stable supplying fresh, warm eggs. Jonathan was the perfect host - attentive, thoughtful and generous. I used the pool, as yet unheated, for invigorating cold water dips, thawing out in a lovely, hot roll-top bath after with a view of the trees. Plentiful dog...

"This House was ideal for my Wife's 70th birthday last weekend, all eighteen of our family agreed and it was a great success with everyone, however, The owner does need to improve the general condition of the decoration and some fittings, they have spent a fortune on a lovely new kitchen recently so they are seriously investing in the house, it would take a very small, by comparison, investment to put Bury Villa in TOP decorative order, which it needs in places, before the negative reviews start...
