"We booked this hotel after reading amazing reviews. Check in perfect, room was so spacious and clean with a free mini bar daily. The location was very good with loads around from food, bars, shopping malls, towers and metro line of wanted to go further. We used the amazing gym with spa facilities, sauna steam room etc. The only issue we found was the pool. It’s stunning with the infinity pool but just not enough beds for then lazy days when you want to rest after you have explored the city. And if you get a bed there is only round 5 that are in the sun. The rest are shaded with the way it’s designed. Also the menu round the pool is very small. We used the hotels limos to get back to the airport what was good on price and again friendly staff. They also extended our check out time to make it easier for us. Thank you EQ, we really enjoyed our stay and KL 😍"

"2 standards of service from the wait staff. The restaurant that serves breakfast buffet, practically no service at all. Coffee was as blend as possible, totally no service. Had to ask for better coffee and that too, I had to collect it myself. All our plates were stacked one on top of the other. Of course the wait staff on the 2nd floor restaurant was so much better. They even gave me a slice of cake when they knew it was my birthday. I am a Marriott Gold card member and I only knew when I had checked in. Wait staff at ground level coffee house-1 star. Wait staff at 2nd level coffee house-5 star."

"Check in was 3pm but i walked in at 11.30am, cause not my 1st time staying in here. Always manage to get room early. Was attended by Sofea, she told me room not ready n got to wait n she will call me. Ao went for a coffee and came back at 1pm. Alot of tourist started to check in and out, more than 15 pple got thier room keys n walked up n i was still waiting for the call from Sofea. 2pm walked up to the receptionist Luqman n he immediately gave me a room. So the thing here is, Sofea needs more diligent or rather training to serve n be reponsible with customers. Another staff to compliment was Que or Sue, couldnt recall the name, while checking out she was very sweet n handle it well even my parking coupon. Please next time attend to customers who. Arrive 1st. Thank you very much"
