"I was not given the room I reserved. It was late at night and I didn’t have the energy to contest it. The person at the front desk didn’t tell me there was a change. It was disappointing not to get what you reserved and prepaid and not be told of the change at check in. "

"Room was very clean. Shower is not tall people friendly. My husband is 6'0", he couldn't stand under the shower without bending backwards. Pillows are the size of couch throw pillows. Tried to go to the bar, ignored by the staff for at least 25 minutes, even when my husband tried to speak to the server directly. Breakfast was basic, slow to refill items. Appears the property is severely understaffed. Ending on a positive note, SYLVIA at the front desk was AMAZING!! SHE GETS 5 STARS!✨️🫶✨️ We probably will not stay there again."
