"For the price paid the accommodation was very good, clean and larger than a Parisian hotel room. Towels were enough including the beach towel. The view is superb from the table in front of the door. The only miss was the coffe for the provided machine but the girl at the reception was helpful and the problem was solved."

So quiet and yet within 5/10 minutes walking fabulous restaurant’s and museums/landmarks but what makes this hotel outstanding are the hosts who are so welcoming. "This is a self-service hotel where you will receive the location and door code along with the key which associates to your room. The room had the basic necessities such as soap, towels and WiFi which were all I needed. The only issue I had was activating the A/C which did not work even after closing the window. Overall, I enjoyed Chania and TheJoy hotel and would come back again!"

"Gorgeous hotel and pool area, rooms were spotless and modern, location was good for being close to the beach but there wasn’t a great deal going on around the hotel (I.e. restaurant or bars nearby) and the pool bar closed at 6pm, stopping serving food at 5.15. "
