This 3 bedroom (with 4 beds, perfect for golf groups), 2 bath home has a fully appointed kitchen with Granite countertops, full size washer and dryer, 2 car garage and is beautifully decorated. Upon entering, you're greeted by a cozy living area adorned with a plush sectional and recliner, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Entertainment options abound with a YouTube TV setup, a collection of board games, and a DVD player for movie nights.

The primary bedroom is a retreat in itself, featuring a spacious layout complete with a bookcase and desk, perfect for those who work from home or enjoy leisurely reading. The attached bathroom ensures convenience and privacy.

This home includes a paid subscription to YouTube TV. Other streaming channels are on the Home Screen, but you may need to log in to your own account if you have trouble accessing those, as other subscriptions are not paid by the owners. YouTube TV includes all local channels and over 100 sports and entertainment channels in high definition.

Step outside to discover your private backyard oasis, complete with a built-in grill, ideal for hosting summer barbecues or simply enjoying the outdoors in style. The well-maintained landscaping adds to the appeal, creating a tranquil backdrop for relaxation.

Great vacation home-base!

The house was clean and equipped with all the essentials. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Short drive to anywhere in town. Will stay here again next trip to Mesquite.

Stonehaven nice subdivision.

Property not ready for entry. Had to call property manager to put code in door. Not real friendly. Garbage can full in the garage, not s nice smell. Several light bulbs out. Place dusty. Nice home but not managed very well.

Enjoyed our visit

We decided to rent this house because all of the hotels were way too expensive. This house was clean and we all slept well. Very quiet area. The only issue we had was the garbage disposal was not working. If you are traveling with kids bring stuff for them to do. There's no swimming pool to keep them entertained. We bought an Xbox.

Wonderful house!

The house was way better than I expected! The photos do not do it justice. It was extremely well-stocked with everything we needed (except coffee), it was extremely clean, and the neighborhood was very quiet. We had some trouble with the key entry but a quick call to the manager fixed the issue immediately. Oh and there was some yummy white chocolate popcorn as a thank you gift for us! Highly recommend.

Mesquite

Property allows dogs which was important to us but home had strong dog smell indoors and the yard had urine smell. We spent $$ to rid the smells in our first few days of vacation. Available vacuum was plugged solid with dog hair. My husband cleaned it out but I ordered one from Amazon to use during our months stay.

Horrible communication!!!! SCORPION in the house!!!

Our stay at the property was horrible. Communication from the property managers was NON-EXISTENT! We stumbled upon a scorpion the first day in our BEDROOM. We then took pictures and got the scorpion out of the house safely by ourselves. We reported it to the property managers, sent pictures, and asked them to help us take care of the problem. We have yet to hear back!!!! It is absolutely ridiculous. I will never recommend this property or VRBO to anyone. Someone has yet to give us a discount on our uncomfortable stay or help us with the problem we communicated about days ago. We have now left the property and STILL have not heard from them. On top of that the master bedroom door did not shut correctly. The putting green mentioned in the AD made it seem like the green was in the backyard but it was blocks down the street. Not to Mention we had a hard time sleeping due to the scorpion scare.

Safe and clean stopover stay

Sending the night on way to SLC and didn’t want to stay in a hotel. Home very dog friendly, clean and vey safe from a COVID standpoint with contactless concierge service, etc. would highly recommend this property.

Perfect for family reunion

All of our family gathered at our Mesquite home for Thanksgiving 2019. Part of the group stayed here. It was convenient, comfortable, and a perfect location for their needs. We would stay here again.

Quite comfortable for 2 couples

We found this home to be quite comfortable for 2 couples. It was spotless and felt pretty new. The kitchen is very well stocked, with plenty of dishes, glassware, silverware, etc. The cookware is in good condition, but there was not a pot large enough to cook pasta. All the appliances were in excellent condition (washer, dryer, dishwasher, grill, oven, etc.) And there were plenty of dishtowels and bath towels. However, we did run out of kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher pods and laundry pods. The furniture (sofa, beds, tables) is quite comfortable. We enjoyed the private backyard/patio, though we would have like to have a couple of lounge chairs on the patio. The master suite is large and comfortable, but the other two bedrooms are on the small side, as is the second bathroom. And there is not a nightstand or lamp in the second bedroom. All in all, this is a good place to stay in Mesquite, particularly for golfers, as it is pretty conveniently located to several of the courses.
