"We really enjoyed our stay at the Relais. The hotel Is in the Heart of Umbria's Hills. From the hotel you can have a wonderful view of the green landscape. Our room was big enough for 2, with all the comforts. Everything was clean and new, the bed really comfortable. We used the spa and I need to mention Francesca for her service. Actually, at the Relais all the staff members were all.nice and kind with the guests."

"For nearty one week, we were emersed in the beautiful hills of Umbria, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves and blue skies. The appartment was lovely with all amenties and ample space for everyone to socialise or relax, including an outside terrace where most evenings we had candlelight dinner. "We loved our stay! Elisa was the consumate host. We loved the peace of our apartment and the ability to cook. Elisa directed us to great food options as well. Our trip to Spoleto and Rasiglia were fantastic! The wine tasting with Danielle was great, they have fantastic wines. We are white wie lovers and the Spolentino grape is superb! "My husband and I absolutely loved our stay here! We stayed in the Spade room and it was so cute. We loved the decorations and the look of the room. We were greeted with a friendly, smiling face when we arrived and immediately led to our room. The view on the property is gorgeous, and we loved the friendly cats that hang around outside! The breakfast in the morning was good too. Loved our stay and definitely recommend!"

A Hidden Gem with a Fantastic Pool

"We had a lovely stay at Grand Hotel San Gemini! It’s a beautifully renovated hotel with great attention to detail, located in a fantastic spot right in the old town—peaceful, quiet, and full of charm. Free parking just a few meters away was a big plus. The bed was very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and welcoming. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready and happy to assist. The highlight for us was definitely the swimming pool—absolutely fantastic, surrounded by greenery and perfect for relaxing on a hot day. Highly recommended!."

Bel Poggio Su Todi was Wonderful

"My family and I stayed at the property for one month. Our children came and went, staying at different times with us. The property had plenty of room for 20 people. It was a beautiful property and the scenery was fantastic. The children enjoyed the pool and the adults enjoyed watching them. It was a great base for visiting towns in the area. Federico arranged for the preparation of a meal by Laura Zaffarami and her crew, and they did a wonderful job. We would recommend the villa to anyone. "

"Lovely old character building in a nice quiet area. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and coffee really nice. A great place to unwind and relax. Beds very comfortable and large rooms with plenty of space. Just short on plug sockets for the all important phone charging. Dog friendly so you can bring your best four-legged friend with you too. Just relax and enjoy. "
