"Recently stayed for 2 nights with friends. My room was spotlessly clean. Loved that the air conditioning worked well (unlike many other hotels), however I preferred to have the window open. Food was good and staff frendly. Would recommend the hotel as a good base for a London stay"

"Just an amazing hotel, beautifully decorated for Christmas, at a decent cost - and a shoutout to Anthony the doorman who was super helpful! Only downside was finding it hard to find room / lifts on the 4th floor and wait for the lifts. "

"Genuinely no complaints. Beautifully decorated for Christmas, and had a luscious smell running all through the hotel (like a spa!). Very nice and modern room - fresh walls with touch screen features for the lights and aircon. Took a while to figure out but once you do it’s really easy to warm up (or cool down) the room. I like that there’s a long mirror so you can see your whole outfit also! Perfect for a short stay (not the largest and doesn’t have a wardrobe but perfect for a day or two!). "
