The beds were very clean and security was very good. Our shared bathroom had a leaking toilet so the floor was always wet and not attended to for the 3 nights we were there. Also other amenities would have been appreciated like Kleenex, shampoo and conditioner. I felt previous reviews were overly generous.

This is a terraced house that has been converted into individual rooms. The conversions have been done to a really high standard! The rooms are small but comfortable, and I found the place to be very quiet (it's in a residential neighborhood). The bed is comfortable and the pillows are fluffy. The bathroom is brand new, great water pressure, great hot water and everything is clean clean clean. There is a bed, desk, tv + remote, little coffee/tea service, and a hair dryer. The bathroom has loo roll. Be sure to bring your own shampoo/conditioner, body wash, lotion, etc. Check in is super easy, and the front desk is very communicative and friendly (WhatsApp if you choose). I highly recommend!

Our stay was very pleasant. We liked the location - just a few blocks from the Tube and train. There were good places to eat breakfast nearby and restaurants in the evening. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable compared to other places I have stayed in London. Recommended.

Lovely Stay

Stayed at Charlotte Guest House after a concert at Wembley. A very friendly & helpful welcome when we checked in followed by a clean & very nicely decorated bedroom & bathroom. A comfortable bed & quiet neighbourhood resulted in a good nights sleep! In an excellent location for Wembley we would definitely visit again.

Clean warm comfortable ensuite room with a handy little kitchen - we didn't use all the facilities but it was very useful to have a fridge and breakfast bar and the shower was great . Considering it was just off a main road and so close to the Thameslink it was a nice quiet street and we slept very well . Great selection of cafes / restaurants / shops very close and great transport links to everywhere in London and beyond . Slightly unpleasant smell in the bathroom on arrival but I would definitely stay again . The staff were also helpful and it was reasonably priced for the area we were in.

We’ve stayed here before and we love it. The room was spacious and clean and we got fresh linen daily. The staff were available by WhatsApp if you didn’t make it to reception. We missed them serving breakfast but there is a discount to a local cafe now instead. We didn’t use it but it looked nice. Would stay again for sure

A very good choice in London

The location is just fantastic. Thameslink, overground and underground are just within 2-4 mins walk. 4 supermarkets and many restaurants nearby. Though the building is old, it is clean and tidy. The bathroom is newly renovated. WiFi is strong. When comparing to the price, it is competitive. We will surely recommend it to our friends.

Good, shared bathroom. Motion sensor lights in common areas. 3 star beds, not uncomfortable but not the best either. Convenient location with west Hempstead? Thameslink station. Convenient check in / out, I’d recommend.
