It was a great place to stay, very quiet and clean, also close to restaurants and shopping. I was not happy with the placement of the toilet and shower which had a glass door with no lock, directly across from the sleeping atea.

We stayed here for two nights. Everything about this hotel worked for us. The room and bathroom were spotless, the staff were so helpful and friendly. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts we have ever had. The location was perfect for us, 3 minute walk to the Troubadour theatre, Wembley Park and 5 minute walk from the Underground - Jubilee line. Wembley Park is a lively place, with Box Park directly opposite the hotel and lots of places to eat and drink.

We returned this time, we found the hotel need update, and the staff need more training. Still convenient for tube travel into central London, and lots of things to do locally.

The only thing that was a downside was booming music coming from somewhere late at night that kept me awake. I don't know if this was a local venue or a one off event.
