"Staff, cleanliness, food everything was great. This was my favorite place I stayed while there. And I stayed in other hotels. I was planning to move to Orlando. I just wasn’t able to use this hotel as an extended stay until I found me a place. Appreciate this hotel for giving me peace in knowing that there gonna take care of you in all aspects. This was my experience. "

"Room was big and always clean! The staff was super nice and helped in many ways. Location was wonderful for universal and close to several good restaurants. Only one elevator worked out of 3 which made longer wait. Also the bus that took us to the park did not pick up after the park closed."

"Very clean, good pillows and mattress. It is very close to Universal and Island of Adventure, just a 0.5 miles, a 30 minute walk. It is a little far from Epic Universe, not able to walk there. The location is very good with a lot a restaurants in the area. Some of the things I did not like was the shuttle only goes to Universal once a day at 8 am and picks you up from Universal at 5:30 pm. Breakfast is daily from 7am to 10 am but it is not very good. They only provide eggs, sausage, yogurt, juice, not very good pancakes and some potatoes. It is the same breakfast daily no bacon or waffles. By the time you have breakfast at 7 am you hardly have time to get ready to get the shuttle to Universal. Overall I would give it a 7 out of 10 due to the good location if you are going to Universal or Island of Adventure, good beds and pillows."

"The location and service is top class. Staffs are very helpful. A great location to go to the parks. Loved the water taxi ride. The pool was little crowded, but the kids loved the slide. The gave a free icecream for my younger son's birthday. Overall 5 star exoerience. Highly recommended."
