"Room was pretty decent. Breakfast was good. Gotta clean the walls in the bathroom though, there was little spots of blood on the walls which was pretty weird"

"The staff works very hard to keep rooms up and area's clean. The food is average but service is very good. You have access to great pool area's and bars and direct transportation to Universal attractions. It's an excellent spot to take a vacation with our without children."

"Our stay was good! I did expect a little bit more for the breakfast but the bagels were delicious and it stayed stocked and cleaned. Service was impeccable and everyone greeted us with a hello and a smile. We will be coming back! "

"The property was in a very run down and unsafe area. I was not comfortable once I actually drove to the property and ended up making other arrangements. The VRBO post did not accurately show the area and the level of comfort or safety one should expect. And when we made the decision it was not safe to stay there, the host was completely unwilling to work with me to recover any of our spend. I am encouraging you think very hard about this property. There was no way to know what you were getting till you arrive, and we didn’t even go in the house as the area was not conducive to family stays, in my opinion. Houses boarded up next store and homes with overgrown yards and broken down boats on the street. Extremely disappointed with the property and the way it was handled ."
